The IDB Education Trust Bursary Requirements are as follows:

  • Has studied Pure/Higher Grade Mathematics
  • Currently in the first year of their education
  • Recognized as a legitimate South African student
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university in South Africa
  • A Muslim student
  • Priority will be offered to students studying in the field of Science and Engineering
  • Priority will be offered to academically-talented students who are able to show proof of urgent requirement of financial assistance.

How to Apply IDB Education Trust Bursary 2020
To apply for the IDB Education Trust Bursary, all incoming applicants must directly visit the Official IDB Website to search for the application form. Once you have reached the website, find the “Applications” Menu to get started. Your application form you already be available once you have entered the “Applications” Menu. After accessing your Application Form, make sure that you have all of it filled in with correct and accurate details. Incoming candidates found to be falsifying any information will immediately be disqualified from the application procedure. Additionally, there are a list of supporting documents that applicants will need to upload as well.

Once you are all done with your applications, you may immediately submit them onto the same Application Platform. Announcements will only be made to successful candidates who have been accepted by the committee.
