About AECOM Bursaries 2020
AECOM is offering bursary programmes for young, talented, and dedicated university students in South Africa who hold an strong passion for the field of Built Environment. The AECOM Bursaries are mainly allocated to students who are pursuing their education in a list of specializations, such as Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Architecture, Science, and Civil, Mechanical and/or, Electrical Engineering. Furthermore, students who are interested in the AECOM Bursaries must be considered as a full-time student in any of the aforementioned courses.

Successful recipients of the AECOM Bursaries will be entitled to several financial funding that will help cover several student-related expenses, which includes the candidates’ tuition costs and prescribed study materials from the university. Bursars will also be required to partake in vacation training that will be conducted in the company. Since this is a bursary, all awardees must be able to maintain an astounding academic track record throughout their entire academic period in university. Therefore, bursars will hold the responsibility of maintaining an average aggregate score of 60% every year, which will then be under the strict review of the committee.

Interested candidates of the AECOM Bursary must be able to fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to be qualified enough for the programme. This is to ensure that the committee is able to filter out students who truly deserve the financial funding and assistance that comes with the bursary.   • Prior working experience is not necessary
  • Has an average aggregate score of at least 60% for the key subjects in Science and Maths
  • Be able to provide their most recent Grade 12 results
  • For university students: be able to provide their most recent university academic transcripts
  • Has a high sense of motivation and drive
  • Holds a strong interested towards the field of Built Environment.

How to Apply AECOM Bursary 2020
Applications for the AECOM Bursary are conducted online. To see if the bursary is available at the time of your preferred application, all candidates will need to visit the AECOM Jobs Portal to check the programme’s availability status. Once you have found out the the programme is currently accepting applications at the moment, you can directly apply for the bursary at the very same Jobs Portal. The selection process will be made during the month of September, which will be conducted in a several places (based on the candidates’ residency), whereas the announcements itself will be made on November.
