About Mondi – Forestry Bursaries 2020-2021
Mondi is offering a once in a lifetime opportunity for South African students who desire financial assistance to pursue their studies in the discipline of Forestry. The Mondi Forestry Bursaries are dedicated especially towards freshman students (1st year students) who are pursuing a BSc degree in Forestry at Stellenbosch University. Successful grantees of this bursary will be entitled to a generous sum of financial assistance that will help cover several student-related expenses, such as tuition fees, accommodation costs, meals, and prescribed study materials.
Mondi – Forestry Bursary Requirements
Before you can apply for the Mondi – Forestry Bursary programme, there is an eligibility criteria that all candidates must fulfill in order to be qualified. Each of these items below will play a important role in determining whether you will be accepted by the bursary or not. Failure to meet these things below may risk your chances of acceptance.
The Mondi – Forestry Bursary Requirements includes:
- Must be officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa
- Has maintained a strong academic track record, especially for their freshman year (1st semester) in BSc Forestry at Stellenbosch University
- Must have obtained a valid Driver’s License before being allocated to a plantation
- Priority will be offered to students who are considered as HDSA (a.k.a. Historically Disadvantaged South African.)
