The Harmony Gold Fields Bursary Requirements includes:
- Holding a minimum educational qualification of a Grade 12 certificate attached with a letter of entrance to a university
- Being enrolled as a student in a recognized university or tertiary institution, as well as pursuing a course that is in life with Gold Fields work
- Has a proof of acceptance into the university that they are currently studying in
- Has proof that they are both physically and medically fit for the Gold Fields working environment.

Applications for the Gold Fields Bursary programme can be a bit complicated. First things first, not all bursary programmes are available at your desired time of applications. You can now proceed to these following steps below.
Besides the eligibility criteria that must be fulfilled prior to starting your applications, candidates are required to gather up these documents that will be attached in their application dossier. All candidates are highly-obligated to bring each of the documents in the list. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the application. Your Gold Fields Bursary application dossier must include the following items:
- A valid copy of your identification
- A valid copy of latest academic transcript
- A valid copy of your letter of acceptance into a recognized university or tertiary institution
- Legitimate proof that the candidate has been successfully admitted into their respective course
- Legitimate proof of your residency as of now
- Legitimate proof of the household’s overall income

After all that is done, successful bursary programme recipients will be given a training contract they must sign as part of an agreement between the bursary grantee and the company.
