The Sibanye-Stillwater Bursary Requirements includes:

  • Being an official student of a recognized university (accompanied with a letter of admission that their most recent academic transcript)
  • Currently holding a Grade 12 Matric examinations certificate as well as a letter of University Acceptance (a minimum APS score of 23)
  • Considered as matriculants where their mid-year results will be assessed as well.
  • Has minimum scores of 60% for English 5, 60% for Mathematics 5, and 60% for Physical Science
  • Being able to provide valid proof of their local residence
  • Able to provide legitimate proof of their medical condition
  • For TVET College Students:
    • Has a Matric with Higher Certificate achievement
    • Able to provide a letter of registration from their respective institution
