The Sibanye-Stillwater Bursary Requirements includes:
- Being an official student of a recognized university (accompanied with a letter of admission that their most recent academic transcript)
- Currently holding a Grade 12 Matric examinations certificate as well as a letter of University Acceptance (a minimum APS score of 23)
- Considered as matriculants where their mid-year results will be assessed as well.
- Has minimum scores of 60% for English 5, 60% for Mathematics 5, and 60% for Physical Science
- Being able to provide valid proof of their local residence
- Able to provide legitimate proof of their medical condition
- For TVET College Students:
- Has a Matric with Higher Certificate achievement
- Able to provide a letter of registration from their respective institution
